· You must maintain confidentiality in relation to any funding provided.
· Any offers of funding can only be made to families who have completed:
· Once you have agreed an offer of funding, I4Y will communicate this to UJEB who will adjust your invoice accordingly.
· UJEB estimates the program cost based on a specific US$:A$ exchange rate. The final amount you will be responsible for will depend on the exchange rate at the time UJEB is invoiced by the program provider in Israel.
· If you are approved for funding of Extra Financial Assistance, and the program’s final cost is:
· Your balance of fees must be paid to UJEB within the period they fall due.
· Any offer of I4Y funding does not guarantee a place in UJEB’s Ketsev Program.
· Your application is subject to regular review prior to your child’s departure.
· Participant termination or withdrawal from the Program prior to leaving Australia: If your child's participation in UJEB’s Ketsev Program is terminated by UJEB for misconduct, or if your child withdraws for any reason, including a pre-existing physical or mental health condition then I4Y will withdraw the offer of funding and will not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or claim arising out of your child's exit from the Program, including but not limited to tuition fees and travel costs.
· Participant termination or withdrawal from the Program after leaving Australia for Israel: If your child’s participation in UJEB’s Ketsev Program is terminated by UJEB for misconduct, or if your child withdraws for any reason, including a pre-existing physical or mental health condition then:
(i) I4Y will not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or claim arising out of your child's exit from the Program, including but not limited to tuition fees and travel costs and
(ii) you will be required to reimburse UJEB, within 60 days of the last day of the Program, in respect of any I4Y funding provided to you.
· Unexpected withdrawal from the Program prior to leaving Australia: If your child withdraws from UJEB’s Ketsev Program for exceptional circumstances (eg breaking a leg or some other condition that was not disclosed as a pre-existing condition), then you agree that I4Y will not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or claim arising out of your child's exit from the Program, including but not limited to tuition fees and travel costs.
* In these situations, expenses relating to withdrawal might be covered by travel insurance.
· Unexpected withdrawal from the Program after leaving Australia for Israel: If your child withdraws from UJEB’s Ketsev Program for exceptional circumstances during the Program (eg breaking a leg or some other condition that was not disclosed as a pre-existing condition), then you agree that:
(i) I4Y will not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or claim arising out of your child's exit from the Program, including but not limited to tuition fees and travel costs; and
(ii) at the discretion of I4Y’s Board, you may be required to reimburse UJEB, within 60 days of the last day of the Program, in respect of any I4Y funding provided to you.
* In these situations, expenses relating to withdrawal might be covered by travel insurance.
· If you receive funding for Extra Financial Assistance, your child can only travel on the dates being offered by UJEB’s program. You cannot extend your child’s travel dates or change their itinerary, other than for essential medical reasons resulting in delayed travel dates. If I4Y becomes aware of any changes to travel arrangements for your child:
(i) prior to departing Australia for Israel, the Extra Financial Assistance will be cancelled
(ii) during the Program, you will be required to reimburse UJEB for the Extra Financial Assistance provided, within 60 days of the last day of the Program.
